These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of all services provided by Winbox Official Malaysia. By using our website, mobile app, or any other Winbox offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Key Definitions:

- Device(s): Hardware or software used to access the platform (PC, mobile, tablet).
- Software: Proprietary or licensed software provided by Winbox for gameplay.
- Sportsbook: Platform for sports betting and related services.
- Services: Collectively refers to Software and Games.
2. Eligibility & Use of Services
You may use Winbox services only if:
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are legally allowed to gamble in your jurisdiction.
Prohibited Jurisdictions:
Aruba, Bonaire, France, Iran, Iraq, Netherlands, Saba, Spain, St. Maarten, Statia, USA and its dependencies, and the UK.
Account Registration Requirements:

3. Account Registration & Membership

4. Placement of Bets
- Bets must be placed only via official Winbox or approved affiliate platforms (e.g., Winbox88, Winbox77).
- Bets via unverified channels are invalid.
- Winbox may void bets due to system errors, downtime, or suspicious activity.
- Automated bots, scripts, or AI for placing bets are strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring bets are accurate before confirmation.
- Bets are valid only when a transaction ID is generated and recorded.
5. Software License
- Winbox grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software on authorized devices.
- You may not sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software.
- Software is licensed solely for gameplay and user engagement.
6. Settlement & Collection of Winnings
- Winnings are credited to your Winbox account.
- Withdrawals require your initial deposit to be fully played.
- Withdrawals must use the same account/method as the deposit.
- Winbox may delay or cancel withdrawals if abuse or breaches are suspected.
- Users are responsible for tax or legal obligations related to winnings.
- Report any technical errors or incorrect credits immediately.
7. Promotions & Bonuses
- One promotion per player per offer, unless specified.
- Turnover from certain games may not count toward promotion requirements.
- Promo funds are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated.
- Abuse or manipulation may result in account suspension and removal of funds.
- Winbox reserves the right to update or terminate promotions at any time.

13. Miscellaneous
- English version governs in case of translation discrepancies.
- These Terms supersede all previous agreements.
